All our training programs, nutritional dietary, and SHE dermatology solutions are built exclusively for women above 20 years up to those in their post-menopause period.
We ensure our members lead an active lifestyle regardless of their age. Hence the name Fit Mom Club.

Every workout, dietary plan, and wellness practice we offer is effective in the long term. And they’re built to be that way.
How much body weight can I lose in a month?
According to WHO, it’s possible to lose 2 to 4 kg in a month, given your streak is consistent. For instance, if you are 10 kg overweight it will take around 3 to 4 months of consistent training and diet to lose excess body fat, and another 1 to 2 months to tone up your body.
How much body weight can I gain in a month?
According to WHO, a month full of consistent workout regimen increases your body weight by 2 kg. Also, it is important to gain lean muscle mass without putting on much body fat.
Can I get a sample diet for a week?
No. We don’t offer any sample dietary plan. Nutrition counseling is exclusive to FMC members.
How soon can I see the results?
The results of the training vary from person to person depending on their age body type, genetics, existing medical conditions, etc.
Based on a study conducted on over 1600 members of FMC, we come to know that the results are attributed to two factors:

I’m a vegetarian. Will my dietary preferences and needs be considered while creating a dietary plan?
